This aircraft is so beautifully modeled inside and out, this aircraft is just simply gorgeous. To begin ill say what is good, the visuals. I purchased this product about a month ago and have had quite a few mixed feelings about it. I knock 1 star because there’s only a single cockpit camera, and other camera angles would really make cockpit visualization much better. IFE payed great attention to the realism of the A4s and that translates to a really fun to fly subsonic Cold War/ Vietnam era aircraft. I also have the Virtavia A4 and IFE blows that away. They really nailed the agile and responsive flight characteristics of the A4. The cockpit is well done and very accurate. So it’s my opinion that if you are going to be using this as I described then you do NOT need to be concerned with the min requirements of this or any IndiaFo圎cho Visual Simulation products.
I’m flying this plane around a bunch of photo real scenery add ons that include full airports and some cities. Here is what I’m running this plane on without any issues at all: win 10 Intel i7 16GB Ram, Intel UHD 630 integrated GPU 128MB dedicated GPU memory. Maybe the noted mins are intended for use in TAC PAC and multiplayer situations. The minimums listed are way extreme and totally NOT necessary if you’re just flying around off line without TAC PAC.
Well being free means no risk so I got this and checked it out. I can’t believe this was just sitting in the store here for FREE! I’ve had my eye on this plane for a while but kept hesitating because of the minimum requirements. Sixty years after the aircraft's first flight in 1954, some of the 2,960 produced (through February 1979) remain in service with the Argentine Air Force and the Brazilian Naval Aviation. Skyhawks played key roles in the Vietnam War, the Yom Kippur War, and the Falklands War. The A-4 was originally powered by the Wright J65 turbojet engine from the A-4E onwards, the Pratt & Whitney J52 engine was used. It is capable of carrying a bomb load equivalent to that of a World War II–era Boeing B-17 bomber, and can deliver nuclear weapons using a low-altitude bombing system and a "loft" delivery technique. The aircraft's five hardpoints support a variety of missiles, bombs and other munitions. The Skyhawk is a relatively lightweight aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight of 24,500 pounds (11,100 kg) and has a top speed of more than 670 miles per hour (1,080 km/h). It was originally designated A4D under the U.S. The delta-winged, single turbojet engined Skyhawk was designed and produced by Douglas Aircraft Company, and later by McDonnell Douglas. The Douglas A-4 Skyhawk is a single-seat subsonic carrier-capable attack aircraft developed for the United States Navy and United States Marine Corps in the early 1950s. IF YOU INTEND TO USE IT IN P3DV4 OR ABOVE, YOU SHOULD PURCHASE THE PBR EDITION! NO REFUNDS GIVEN! It should also work (but it has not been tested) in Prepar3d V1, V2 and V3.
